Refund policy

RayMed accepts returns within 30 days of receipt, returns can be made for the following reasons. Wrong product ordered or wrong item dispatched. Please ensure individual seals are not opened when returning products. Send us an Email with your order number and we will deal with it as soon as possible. Opened and used medical items will not be accepted for return.

Returns Department
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return to sender will incur a £10 charge (£30 for international). This will be deducted along side the shipping fees during your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All purchased units must be returned.
